Is a state license required for every business activity?

Нет. Не все виды деятельности подлежат лицензированию. Лицензия в основном требуется для сфер медицины, образования, строительства, а также некоторых предпринимательских направлений, предусмотренных законодательством. До начала деятельности вы можете проверить через портал «Лицензии и разрешения», требуется ли для вашей сферы специальное разрешение. Следует отметить, что лицензия — это официальный документ, выдаваемый органом, предоставляющим лицензию, для осуществления соответствующего вида предпринимательской деятельности. По каждому лицензируемому виду деятельности предусмотрена государственная пошлина. Лицензии выдаются бессрочно.
