II Caspian Water Innovation Forum held 30.05.23

At the Caspian Water Innovation Forum, discussions were held with regards to providing information to entrepreneurs on the efficient use of water resources, boosting their knowledge in this field, and promoting innovative irrigation in production and processing enterprises.

The II Caspian Water Innovation Forum was held in the city of Baku. Representatives and specialists of relevant state bodies, private institutions, and international organizations took part in the event organized by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and in partnership with relevant state bodies.

It was highlighted that great significance is attached to the requirements of the "Clean environment and "green growth country" framework provided for in the "Socio-economic development strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2022-2026" during the implementation of the existing support mechanisms of KOBİA. The agency stands ready to provide continuous support to educate business entities on efficient use of water, develop their knowledge and skills, introduce innovative irrigation systems in farms and promote the recycling of waste water.
