Human Resources Summit held

At the Human Resources Summit, information was also provided on the role of human capital in business development and the activities of KOBİA in this field.

The Human Resources Summit is held by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population in the "Gulustan" palace. "Back to the Future" is the motto of the event, which brings together professionals in the field of human resources. The event aims to lay a foundation for the formation of a society ready for the future based on human capital, and hold discussions with professionals in this regard.

At the panel discussion on "Welcome the Migration: Human Resources Management in Public and Private Enterprises" organized as part of the event, Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), stated his views on the role of human capital in business development, the Agency's activities in this field, as well as the policy pursued by the KOBİA.

It was underlined that with the emergence of new fields in business and the development of existing sectors, the development of human resources and the introduction of innovations in this field become more urgent. Effective use of staff potential is among priority issues for the future development of micro, small and medium businesses and the proper establishment of human resources strategy. Businesses now manage to achieve greater success provided that they focus on developing a strategy to boost the motivation, knowledge and skills of their employees based on their financial situation. Since human capital plays an important role in the development of SMB entities, global trends in this field should be in the spotlight. Considering these factors, KOBİA also attaches great importance to the development of human resources as an institution providing support to entrepreneurs. With the purpose of starting and developing a business, as well as to ensure lifelong learning, KOBİA provides training and practical consulting services tailored to modern challenges.

To provide better services to entrepreneurs, the agency also ensures the involvement of employees in local and foreign trainings.
