In the first half of 2026, services related to permit forms for carrying out cargo transportation, distinctive marks, postal items, certificates of origin, tax and customs matters were provided to entrepreneurs most frequently at SME Houses.
In January-June 2026, G2B services within the interaction between the state and business were mainly provided to entrepreneurs at SME Houses by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport (129,698 services), “Azərpoçt” LLC (46,020 services), the State Agency for Antimonopoly Supervision and Control over the Consumer Market under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (29,867 services), the State Customs Committee (14,481 services) and the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy (13,962 services). In total, in the first half of the current year, more than 234 thousand services were provided to business entities at SME Houses by these five institutions.
Entrepreneurs applied to the above-mentioned institutions regarding permit forms for carrying out cargo transportation, distinctive marks, postal items, certificates of origin, tax and customs matters, as well as the issuance of various permit documents.
It should be noted that in January-June 2026, a total of 312,365 services were provided to entrepreneurs at SME Houses (in the cities of Baku, Ganja, Khachmaz, Yevlakh and Shusha), of which 271,996 were G2B services, while 40,369 were B2B services. At SME Houses included in the structure of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), more than 400 kinds of services are provided to entrepreneurs for starting and developing business by approximately 50 state and private institutions.
