According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated July 3, 2020, Goranboy, Goygol and Mingachevir, Barda, Khachmaz, Samukh, Siyazan and Sheki regions are included in the list of regions subject to strict quarantine. Quarantine regime in these regions, as well as in Baku, Jalilabad, Ganja, Lankaran, Masalli, Sumgayit, Yevlakh cities and Absheron region, was extended from 06:00 on July 5, 2020 to 06:00 on July 20, 2020.

Until July 20, SMB Friend operating in these cities and regions will provide remote, online services to micro, small and medium enterprises.

SMBs operating in the relevant districts and cities can apply online to SMB friends for support and services related to entrepreneurship, as well as state support mechanisms for entrepreneurs affected by the pandemic.
