Follow-up meeting of the working group “Corporate Governance, Investments and Corporate Social Responsibility” was held 06.04.24

At the meeting of the Working Group works done in the direction of the execution of the Action Plan for 2023, and measures considered to be taken in the current year were discussed.

The next meeting of the Working Group “Corporate Governance, Investments and Corporate Social Responsibility” of the Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings, led by the Small and Middle Business Development Agency (KOBİA) was held.

The representatives of the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, Ministry of Energy, Digital Development and Transport, Central Bank, the State Statistics Committee, Center for Analysis and Communication of Economic Reforms, State Oil Company, and other institutions attended the meeting organized in the online format.

The head of the Secretariat of the Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings, Head of the Sector at the Department of Economic Policy and Industrial Issues of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Vusal Shikhaliyev, the head of the Working Group "Corporate Governance, Investments, and Corporate Social Responsibility", the chairperson of the Board of KOBİA, Orkhan Mammadov shared their opinions and proposals on works done within the Action Plan for 2023 and upcoming actions in 2024.

At the meeting, the information on delivered works and outcomes obtained in the direction of the execution of the Action Plan of the Working Group for 2023 was provided as well as discussions on new tasks were held.
