Entrepreneurs Visit the Alley of Honor and the Martyrs' Alley 25.04.25

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, dated April 21, 2016, April 25 is celebrated annually as "Entrepreneurs' Day" in Azerbaijan.

On the occasion of "Entrepreneurs' Day," entrepreneurs from across the country, along with representatives of state institutions supporting and serving entrepreneurs, paid tribute to the memory of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev at the Alley of Honor and laid a wreath at his grave. They also honored the memory of the prominent ophthalmologist and academician Zarifa Aliyeva by placing flowers at her grave.

The entrepreneurs then visited the Martyrs' Alley, where they commemorated the heroic sons of the Motherland who sacrificed their lives for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. Flowers were laid at the graves, and a wreath was placed at the "Eternal Flame" monument.

Today, with the participation of entrepreneurs, a conference is also being held at the Gulustan Palace, organized with the support of the Ministry of Economy, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA), and the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of Azerbaijan.

The conference, titled "Constitution and Sovereignty – The Development of Entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan," is dedicated to "Entrepreneurs' Day" and the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty" declared in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025.
