Entrepreneurs engaged in production are invited to the training of the SMB Model Enterprise 15.04.24

The entrepreneurs will be able to practice what they have learned on economic production, efficient use of resources and feedstock, proper storage of products, optimization of the production process and time etc.

The entrepreneurs engaged in production are invited to the training arranged in the SMB Model Enterprise located at the Azerbaijan Technical University. Through the training programme they will master modern knowledge by improving their skills on economic production, efficient use of resources and feedback, proper storage of finished product, optimization of production process and time, equal allocation of workforce in the production process, competitiveness, and will be able to apply them at their own enterprises. The opportunity has also been created for entrepreneurs to practice theoretical knowledge they learn in the training on modern equipment located at the SMB Model Enterprise.

- ΚΡΙ-ΚΑΙ

- Standardization

- Time measurement and observation methods

- 5S strategy

- Kaizen system

- SMED

- Poka-Yoke, Jidoka

- JIT - Synchronization

- Push-pull systems

- Management strategy and continuous development

Note that the SMB Model Enterprise has been established by the Small and Middle Business Development Agency (KOBİA) in order to support entrepreneurs engaged in production. All services of the Model Enterprise are free of charge.
