Delegation of Iran's East Azerbaijan province visited SMBDA

The delegation headed by the deputy governor of the East Azerbaijan (Tabriz) province of the Islamic Republic of Iran for economic affairs Ali Jahangiri visited the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA). The parties exchanged views on expanding bilateral business and trade partnerships and collaboration in the field of SMBs.

 

The Chairman of the Agency’s Board Orkhan Mammadov provided information on the SMBDA’s activity, support, and services provided to micro, small, and medium businesses in our country, the opportunities of the Agency’s cooperation with foreign partners. It was noted that the Agency may provide support to Iranian investors in investing projects of Azerbaijani SMBs and establishing cooperation between business associations of the two countries.

 

The deputy governor of the East Azerbaijan (Tabriz) province of the Islamic Republic of Iran for economic affairs Ali Jahangiri stated that Iranian businessmen were interested in participating in investment projects in Azerbaijan and shared his views on participation in exhibitions arranged in both countries.
