Certificates Award Ceremony to graduate volunteers

Yet another group of youth has completed its volunteer activity at the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SMBDA).

Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of SMBDA Managing Board, awarded certificates to graduates of the ‘SMB Volunteers Program’ conducted by SMBDA to develop their labor skills before they enter professional employment as well as to enhance their knowledge, aptitudes, and worldview, and encourage the voluntary involvement of students and young specialists in entrepreneurial activity.

To date, about 70 youth have been involved in SMBDA volunteer activities, of which 25 youth currently carry out their volunteer activity in the Agency and/or the ‘Friends of SMB’ network. Successful completion of the SMBDA volunteer program provides young people with relevant experience, career advancement opportunities, and successful entry into the labor market.

We wish our graduate volunteers every success in their future endeavors!
