Azerbaijan-Romania business forum was held

Azerbaijan-Romania business forum was held in Baku on September 9. The business forum was organized with the support of the Ministry of Economy, Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency - AZPROMO, the Covasna Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, and the Association for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan.  The business forum was attended by businessmen from both countries, mainly active in the field of textiles, as well as representatives of relevant state institutions.


During his speech at the event Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), mentioned that efforts are being made to strengthen business ties with Romania. In his explanation of the support and services provided by KOBİA to local and foreign businessmen the Agency Chairman stressed that KOBİA can support Azerbaijani and Romanian businessmen who want to implement joint projects in such directions as coordinating with relevant institutions and identifying local partners.
