Azerbaijan and Tajikistan have discussed trade and investment opportunities 28.12.21

A videoconference meeting was held with the support of the Ministry of Economy and the organization of the Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO), the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA), and the Embassy of Tajikistan in Azerbaijan. At the event, issues of expanding cooperation between Azerbaijan and Tajikistan have been discussed.

Chairman of AZPROMO Yusif Abdullayev, Chairman of the SMBDA Board Orkhan Mammadov, Ambassador of Tajikistan to Azerbaijan Rustam Soliyev, Deputy Chairman of the Tajik Committee for investments and state property management Khursheda Kodir, and others expressed their views and suggestions on trade and investment opportunities between the two countries.

At the event, the participants were briefed on the business and investment climate in Azerbaijan, measures taken to develop small and medium businesses, and the investment potential of Tajikistan, and their questions were answered.
