Awareness-raising campaign continues within the framework of measures to combat the pandemic

As reported, the initiative of the Ministry of Economy, Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA), National Confederation of entrepreneurs (employers) organizations, and private sector representatives ("Matanat A", Neftchala Automobile Plant, "A.M.O.LLC") jointly held a social campaign to support awareness-raising measures to educate citizens on the prevention of coronavirus infection.

So far, the campaign was held in Sumgayit and Khirdalan cities, Lokbatan settlement of Garadagh district, Masalli, Lankaran, Astara, Neftchala regions, where educational conversations were conducted by SMB friends and volunteers. They discussed the rules of special quarantine regime with citizens in places close to trade and service areas, as well as parks, and distributed about 9,000 medical masks.

The campaign will continue in Mingachevir and Agstafa region on 28-29 July.

The awareness-raising campaign carried out within the framework of public-private partnerships will be continued in July-August and will cover nearly 20 cities and regions of the country.
