Applications for EY World Entrepreneur of the Year Award are now closed 01.02.21

Submission of applications for EY World Entrepreneur of the Year Award to be held for the second year in Azerbaijan is now completed. The initiative by the strategic partnership of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SMBDA) is carried out in sponsorship with BP and the International Bank of Azerbaijan and in supported by the consulting company "Ekvita".

The winner will be selected by an independent jury consisting of representatives of the business community, top managers of state companies and international financial institutions, and will be announced to the public in the coming months.

It should be noted that applications for EY World Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2020-2021 was announced in September 2020 and the application deadline was extended to January 31, 2021. Small and medium businesses can participate in the contest. The winner of Azerbaijan will represent our country in EY World Entrepreneur of the Year Award to be held in June.
