Another 10 SMEs were awarded the "Startup" certificate 30.09.22

The Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) awarded "Startup" certificates to 10 more micro and small business entities. With this, the number of SMEs that received the "Startup" certificate reached 68.

"Startup" certificates were provided to "Smartap" LLC's online platform for purchases, "BID TAXI" LLC's taxi service on mobile application, "MeContest" social network platform, "Selenium Co." LLC's "GarderApp" marketplace for selling clothes and accessories, services on the "ShiftCon" metaverse platform, "Avto Info" LLC's information system for checking the history of used cars in Azerbaijan (service, insurance, etc.), production, operation and sale of 3D printers for construction, development and sale of "MetaStudio" metaverse virtual games, "influencer marketing" service via online platform of "BOOST" LLC, delivery service via mobile application of "İndi Market" LLC.

The "Startup" certificate exempts SME entities from profit and income tax on their revenues from innovation activities for a period of 3 years from the date of receipt of the certificate.

Micro and small business entities whose projects are in the development stage can apply to KOBİA for a "Startup" certificate.
