The number of micro and small entrepreneurs exempt from profit tax or income tax on income obtained from innovation activity has reached 292.
Applications from SME entities for the issuance of the "Startup" Certificate continue to be received by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA). At the next meeting of the Experts Council established for the purpose of issuing the "Startup" Certificate, another 16 projects were considered, and a decision was made to issue the relevant document to 10 of them. Thus, the number of SME entities that have received the "Startup" Certificate has reached 292.
"Startup" Certificates have been issued to the digital service of "İnvitation Group" LLC providing event planning, invitation management and participant coordination, the artificial intelligence-based agent platform of "REKRİO" LLC automating the employment process, including interviews, the platform of "GRC LAB" LLC ensuring the digitalisation of corporate governance, risk management and regulatory compliance processes of GRC, the artificial intelligence-based analytics platform of "AI Development" LLC carrying out analysis and monitoring of traffic movement in the city, and the digital platform of "Yolutap" LLC supporting vocational orientation of students and young people, assessment of their abilities and career planning. In addition, "Startup" Certificates have also been presented to individuals for the projects of Yunusov Elmir Shirin oglu — a digital platform providing individual education and professional orientation based on artificial intelligence, Manafov Alamdar Rovshan oglu — a mobile application intended for daily planning by users, management of their goals and improvement of productivity, Mammadov Mirjalal Mirali oglu — a digital platform providing management of sales, warehouse, CRM (customer relationship management) and other business processes, Gumukhov Agil Mahammad oglu — a digital platform for job vacancy announcements, and Abdurahmanli Mehraj Afgan oglu — a platform for preparation of a CV adapted to a job vacancy.
The "Startup" Certificate exempts SME entities from profit tax and income tax on income obtained from innovation activity for a period of 3 years from the date of receipt of the Certificate.
Micro and small business entities whose projects are at the development stage may apply to KOBİA for the "Startup" Certificate.
