ANNOUNCEMENT

The Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) of the Republic of Azerbaijan announces the recruitment for the position of an SMB friend in the SMB friend department in the Gazakh, Dashkasan, Goygol, Gadabay, Beylagan, Khizi, Balakan, Gakh, and Aghsu regions.

 

Job duties and responsibilities of an SMB friend:

 

- represent the Agency within his/her powers in the region assigned;

- provide active support in the resolution of problems the SMB entities face in their activities in the region;

- monitor the Agency's services, perform surveys, and observations to estimate the development of entrepreneurship within his/her powers;

- perform work on awareness about the Agency’s activity;

- prepare suggestions for the SMB sector development in the region;

- take measures to implement SMBs’ initiatives and proposals;

- participate in the preparation and implementation of projects in the appropriate area within his/her powers;

- ensure the performance of the necessary preparatory work when arranging relevant events and meetings;

- attend the forums, conferences, workshops, and other events to acquire advanced experience, perform other work for the development of entrepreneurship.

- receive, process, analyze, and summarize the necessary regular area reports and information, ensure review and coordination of appeals and requests from citizens, state bodies, entities, enterprises, and organizations in compliance with the law;

- perform other duties determined by the regulation on the department;


Requirements for a candidate:

 

- higher education: major in economics, law, or management;

- knowledge of economics and legislation for entrepreneurial activity;

- awareness of state support and promotion mechanisms provided to entrepreneurs.

- knowledge of the legislation on citizens' appeals.

 

Terms:

- Full-time, work schedule Monday-Friday.
