Accepting applications for the startup competition "From idea to successful business" has ended 25.09.21

Accepting applications for the startup competition "From idea to successful business", held with the support of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) and the "Ekvita" company, has ended.

Until September 30, the submitted projects will be evaluated by a jury of local and foreign experts, and the semi-finalists determined. The final stage of the competition will take place on October 5.

3 winners of the startup competition "From idea to successful business" will receive cash prizes (I place – AZN 1,000; II place – AZN 700; III place – AZN 500); they will also be provided with mentor services for the development of startups and support in establishing business relations.

Note that startup competition "From idea to successful business", held as part of the European Union-funded project "Support to the development of entrepreneurship in rural areas of Azerbaijan", is aimed at identifying the most successful startups among young people in the regions of Azerbaijan and unlocking their potential. The competition is also aimed at supporting new business ideas and the creation and development of new products and services in Azerbaijan.
