Since January 5, new services has been begun to be implemented in the “Khachmaz SME House”. Applications for employment-related services provided by the State Employment Agency (SEA) under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population including registration of citizens as jobseekers and unemployed persons, temporary suspension and cancellation of registration, referral to vocational training, applications for the self-employment program, organization of job fairs, assignment of unemployment insurance benefits, and other related services—will now be accepted at the “Khachmaz SME House.” Individuals wishing to benefit from these services may apply to the SEA service desk operating at the Khachmaz SME House.
It should be noted that SME Houses are a unified platform where entrepreneurs are provided with “G2B” (Government-to-Business) and “B2B” (Business-to-Business) services by both public and private institutions. More than 400 “G2B” and “B2B” services which is necessary for entrepreneurial activity by about 50 state and private institutions have been implemented in the SME Houses. Currently, SME houses operate in the cities of Baku, Khachmaz, Shusha and Yevlakh, and the service center of "Khachmaz SME House" operates in the city of Khudat. Entrepreneurs may apply to SME Houses for the business registration, necessary document for business activity, preparation of business plan, access to the preferential financial materials, tax, customs and utility services.
