A meeting with entrepreneurs was held in the Khizi district 26.05.26

Opportunities for the development of entrepreneurship in the district were discussed at the meeting, and proposals of business entities were heard.

A meeting with entrepreneurs operating in the district was held in the Khizi district through the organization of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) and with the support of the Khizi District Executive Authority. Entrepreneurs operating in the fields of agriculture, tourism, services, etc., as well as representatives of state institutions, participated in the event.

At the meeting, the Deputy Head of the Khizi District Executive Authority, Arzu Azizov, and the Chairman of the Management Board of KOBİA, Orkhan Mammadov, provided information on entrepreneurial activity in the district and state support instruments for the realization of existing business opportunities. It was noted that there are broad opportunities for the development of the tourism and service sectors in Khizi. By using this potential, more attention can be paid to the development of ecotourism, rural tourism and service centers. The expansion of cooperation and joint activity mechanisms among entrepreneurs will be beneficial both in terms of improving service quality and increasing market opportunities.

At the meeting, an exchange of views was held with entrepreneurs on the provision of financial support for the development of a farming enterprise and the expansion of a bakery, support for the documentation of a land plot, and other issues; proposals were heard and questions were answered.

KOBİA representatives also visited a bakery production enterprise in Khizi and exchanged views with the entrepreneur on the development of the business.
