A meeting with entrepreneurs on public procurement was held 13.08.21

Entrepreneurs will be able to participate in tenders, receiving information on them through the e-tender.gov.az portal after registering by their areas of activity. This was announced at an online meeting with entrepreneurs on public procurement issues.

The meeting arranged by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) with the support of the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control was attended by about 30 entrepreneurs.

At the meeting, detailed information was provided on the latest amendments to the Law “On public procurement”, the electronicization of public procurement procedures, and measures taken to ensure healthy competition between participants; entrepreneurs were invited to take an active part in public procurement, and their questions were answered.
