Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), met with Mustafa Kemal Koloğlu, the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Türkiye-Azerbaijan Cooperation Council of the Foreign Economic Relations Organization of Türkiye (DEİK).
