Mammadov HikmatDeputy chairman of the Board

Mammadov Hikmat Zakir was born in 1977.

In 2003-2009, he studied Law at the Moscow State Open University.

In 1997-1999, he worked as an inspector in the “MIRAL” Association, in 1999-2008, - inspector, specialist, consultant, leading consultant, and chief consultant at the Labor and Employment Center of the Yasamal district of Baku, in 2008-2012, he held the position of deputy director of the Centers for Social Protection of the Population for the Sabunchu and Garadagh districts of Baku, and in 2019-2021, - deputy head and head of the Internal control department and head of the Business service department at the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He participated in training and seminars arranged in a number of foreign countries.

On November 16, 2021, he was appointed deputy chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He speaks Russian and Turkish.

He is married and has one child.
